Good point. I removed the word ripoff. What should I call it when the
  DVD box says it has a Behind the Scenes and it doesn't?

Because I review the movie, the DVD extras and the DVD box, I feel
  that I must tell the truth.

Don't know how you can make this kind of error.
  I sure hope you share with me that this is a mistake!

Den, just call it a mistake!
  Base it on your knowledge of the company, the owner, your history
  and deductively, common sense conclusions.

I was told by William H. that there were no Behind the Scenes. He
  should have told xxxxx, (Graphics designer), as xxxxx obviously used
  a template since almost all our shows have BTS extra.

So, it was a mistake. That is all. 
  Everyone here works diligently to make good porn.

When we f..k up we take responsibility. My issue is/was the
  implication it was done intentionally.

If you really wanted to focus on misinformation intentionally put on
  the boxes, then I would think you would have plenty to cite from.

And finally, if anyone watches this video and thinks they were
  'ripped-off' because there were no Behind the Scenes, I want to hear
  from them.  I will gladly give them a refund.

I'm sorry for getting so pissed off man, but I do REALLY care and
  never want to be grouped with what is the majority of care-less 
  pricks that regularly rip-off the consumers.

I hope that I've been able to clarify my feelings, and the specific
  issues without having a negative effect on our professional
  relationship.
