Briefly describe your complaint:
  The DVD boxcover clearly states the DVD contains Behind the Scenes.
  The DVD disc does not have a Behind the Scenes.

What would you consider a reasonable resolution to your complaint?
  1> Fix the problem so it doesn't happen anymore.
  2> Check last 6 months and all new DVD's for this problem.
  3> Publish an 'Apology to Consumers' letter on appropriate adult websites.
       Possibly offer a $5.00 off coupon on next DVD purchase.
  4> Use a black marker and cover over Behind the Scenes on all existing stock.
