AVN magazine is on it's last legs. When I first started in this
business many years ago we depended on AVN magazine for
insight into our VHS buying decisions. Their emphasis was
on what was good for the Video retail store.
Once they moved to California, the emphasis became selling
advertising space.
And, finally once the internet took control of things, the
need for AVN magazine lost any importance.
They had a nice run and it is too bad they never were willing
to stand up and be counted and take a position on anything.
It appears to be just a matter of time for AVN magazine!
I sure hope they close down more humanly than Adam Film World!
