When XRCO started 21 years ago, it was magazine based
       and the categories reflected that.

       It is time to switch from magazine based to
       internet based. Time for a major overhaul and
       to add/delete categories.

       Also, it is time for XRCO to be moved closer to
       the calendar year rather than wait 5 months after
       the closing date.

       And lastly, the further XRCO moves away from AVN
       the better.

Special thanks to my friends Dirty Bob and Richard Freeman. They
       have been under alot of pressure and have done their very
       best to 'update' XRCO. They are very good friends of mine
       and we talk almost daily. I feel for them and wish them
       and XRCO the very best. I am no longer a member of XRCO,
       but I was asked to vote anyway. I did not vote. But, if I did:

    6> Add Best DVD Feature category.

    8> Drop Best Director.
    9> Add Best Features Director.
   10> Add Best Gonzo Director.
   11> Require 10 or more releases to be eligible for
         Best Gonzo Series. Possible consideration:
           Barely Legal
           Screw My Wife
   12> New Starlet category be for rookies only.
   13> Unsung Siren can not be a rookie.
   14> Unsung Siren can not be nominated in other categories.
   15> Define Female Performer of the Year.
         Is it for adult performances only?
         Is it for adult performances & other related things?
           No Jenna Jameson 2004? (2 of her movies are multiple
           nominees and she had a best selling book!).
   16> Do not nominate DVD's starring the same Porn Star twice in
         the same category.
   17> Drop all scenes categories.
         Too many scenes! Impossible to pick just 5 nominations.
   18> Make Jenna Jameson the only Hall of Fame inductee for 2004.
   19> No comments or votes for the Male categories.
   20> Drop the requirement to vote 1 to 5 in each category.
         I could not vote in most categories because I did not see
         all the releases in that category.
   21> Replace the AVN Awards Show picture on the XRCO website
         with a picture from the XRCO Awards Show.
   22> Name one person to be the XRCO Chairman.
         Preferably not an AVN person and not a person who
         also has his/her own awards.
