Elyse's Passion is a combination Bookstore and Video Store located
    in Cincinnati very close to downtown. It caters to both men &
    women with an extensive collection of highly recommended books
    from forensic psychiatrists, professors of literature & feminists.
    She also has a collection of couples tapes as well as the normal
    selection of adult XXX explicit movies.

    On 3 separate occasions undercover policemen purchased tapes from
    her including the special ordering of a gay tape.

    She was arrested and charged with 6 counts of Pandering
    Obscenity.

                       Requested that CAVR be allowed to cover her
                       First Amendment trial.

                       She was very nice to me on the phone and
                       said it was okay to cover it and do a
                       daily write-up on the proceedings.
