05/18/2001  Court    8:00am Jury deliberations.

                     12:30pm Jury brought into the court
                       room and they have a question.

                       Presiding Judge not available.

                       Jury will return 9:00am Monday and
                       Presiding Judge will answer the
                       question.

                       I spent alot of time with Elyse and I
                       was very encouraged with the number
                       of people that stopped and talked to
                       her and wished her good luck.
