                     Closing Arguments.
                       Prosecution:
                         Talked about the 3 prong test of what is
                         the criteria of 'Hardcore Pornography'.

                         Talked about hanging out with 'Porn'
                         Stars.

                         Never mentioned Internet.

                       Defense:
                         Talked about this case was brought about
                         by the Video & Book Patrol, not a
                         citizen complaint.

                         Talked about the undercover policeman
                         testified that he took video & audio
                         tape surveillance, but they didn't
                         introduce it into testimony.

                         Talked about the 2 defense expert
                         witnesses & Prosecutor had no
                         expert witness.

                         Talked about the value of the tapes.

                         Showed the Jury a flashlight and showed
                         them that you can turn it on or leave
                         if off. It is your free choice.

                       Prosecution:
                         Said she voilated state statue with the
                         sale of obscene material.

                         Said expert witnesses never used the
                         world 'Serious'.

                         Called the 3 tapes 'Pieces of Trash'

                         Closed with the ad to Hang Out with
                         'Porn' Stars.

                     Case closed and court has cleared of all
                       except the lawyers & jury. 12:30pm.

                       They discussed state law and juror's
                       instructions.

                     Jury then went into deliberation  1:00pm.

                     I had the distinct pleasure of spend 3 hours
                       with the esteemed lawyer, H. Louis Sirkin.

                       First Amendment champion and recognized
                       world wide. We talked off the record, but
                       I can say that this is THE MAN!

                       I also talked with Elyse and Mr. Sirkin
                       and Jennifer M. Kinsley Attorney at Law,
                       who carried a good portion of the case
                       and did a very fine job.

                       I will expand on my true feelings about
                       this case and the really serious nature of
                       this trial and about the gossip that was
                       posted on internet sites while the trial
                       is in process. 

                     Jury was sent home at 4:00 and will return
                       on Friday.
